Dissolve citric acid in water, cautiously add ammonium hydroxide, then add the remaining ingredients. Dilute 1 part cleaner to 4 parts water for use. A corrosion inhibitor can be added. Note: This cleaner will attack rust, has good penetrating action, adheres well to the surface and will remove oil and surface grime.
