Physical Properties: pH---7.0-7.5 Temperature---198-203 F Rate---0.3 mil/h Note: Sodium citrate is used to control the thickness, porosity, luster, and hardness of electroless gold plating baths. These systems use chemical reducing agents to reduce the gold cation to gold metal.
