MIRA-CLEER 340 starch/3.0
Disodium phosphate/1.0
Natural cheese scraps/50.0
Water/32.0
TENDERFIL 8 starch/2.0

配制方法:

Blend dry ingredients. Mix oil and water before slowly adding dry ingredients. Mix this slurry with cheese scraps in steam jacketed kettle or steam injection system and heat to 175'-180'F. Package. Refrigerate.
