Dry blend "KELTROL" with the sugar. Dissolve this blend in the water and vinegar with strong agitation, 8-10 minutes. While still mixing, add eggs and mix 1 minute. While mixing, add sugar, mustard and salt and mix 1 minute. While mixing, add vegetable oil, slowly, and mix 1 minute. Homogenize at 1000 psi (if desired). Combine homogenized mixture with parsley, capers, and sweet relish and mix 2 minutes slowly. Fill at room temperature with mechanical vacuum at 10-14 inches.
