PEG-15 Cocamine/0.2

配制方法:

Disperse Carbopol 1342 into water, then add sorbitol. Combine Part B. Add to Part A with rapid agitation. Add Part C to form the emulsion.
Combine Part D until clear yellow solution results. Add Parts D and E to the emulsion. Add fragrance.
