配制方法:

Combine Part A and heat to 80 C. Combine Part B and heat to 80 C.
Disperse PVP in water. Add sodium hydroxide. Add PVP solution to Part B.
Add Part A tpo water phase and maintain heat and mixing 10-15 min to emulsify. Cool to 40 C and add Part D in order listed. Continue mixing and cool to room temperature.
