Mix Part A at room temperature for 10 min. Then add Part B and mix until completely dissolved. Methocel will dissolve rapidly in the alkaline solution. Begin heating the solution, and in a separate vessel, combine and heat Part C. When both mixtures are between 75 and 80 C, combine with rapid agitation. When batch cools to below 45 C, add dissolved Part D. Add Part E when batch is below 40 C.
