Heat water to 70-75 C. Add remainder of ingredients in Part B and mix with agitation until dispersed. Melt ingredients of Part A together. Add Part A to B with agitation. Cool with mixing to 35-40 C. Physical Properties: pH---7.0 Visc. (@ 24 C)---12,500 cps Stability after one month---Stable at room temperature @ 45 C and passes 3 freeze/thaw cycles.
