配制方法:

Heat water to 70 C. Disperse all ingredients except Carbomer 934 and TEA. Mix thoroughly. Slowly disperse Carbomer 94, then neutralize. Melt contents of Part A together. Slowly add Part A to Part B with agitation. Readjust pH. Cool to set point and fill.
Physical Properties: pH---7.0 Visc. (@ 24 C)---10,000 cps Stability after one month---Stable at room temperature, at 45 C, and passes 3 freeze/thaw cycles
