Use Sunbeam Mix Master. Add syrup, coloring, and flavor to a clean, dry two-quart bowl and mix. Hand stir starch and citric acid into the syrup to avoid dusting. Then at slow speed, power mix into a smooth syrup. Continue mixing, and add water, pouring it quickly, into syrup. Scrape bowl sides with a spatula to insure thorough mixing of the water and syrup concentrate. Add sugar and complete mixing. Pour into pie shell. Slice and serve in 20-30 min.
