Doughnut Glaze

配方组成:

Methocel K3 Premium/0.10
Salt/0.25
Water/30.00
Powdered Sugar/100.00

配制方法:

Dissolve Methocel in water and bring to boil. Blend in rest of ingredients (slowly). Temper 15 min at 120 F. Apply at 120 F to doughnut hot from the fryer.
Note: If so desired, Methocel product may be diluted in a carrier such as those used in commercially available standardized icing stabilizers.
