配方组成:
Mace/0.25 oz
B: Sugar/12 oz
C: Walnuts/10 oz
Milk/2 lb 1 oz
Butter/1 lb
Whole Eggs/10 oz
Compressed Yeast/1 oz
A: White Flour/3 lb
Egg Yolk/1 oz
配制方法:
In Part A set sponge, allow to rise 1 h. Cream Part B together. Add eggs slowly. When sponge is ready, combine two mixtures and beat thoroughly. Mix Part C. Put in well-greased muffin tins. Allow to rest 15 min. Bake at 400 F for 25-30 min.
