配方说明:

"Shanco" Wax Emulsion

配方组成:

Oleic acid (pale)/20
Morpholine/20
"SHANCO" W-1142 wax/100
Water (205-208'F)/717

配制方法:

Heat the "SHANCO" W-1142 wax and oleic acid to a fluid melt at 230-235'F. Add the morpholine and stir slowly for 5 minutes. (Remove all open flames to eliminate fire hazard from the morpholine). Have the water at just under a boil (205-208'F). Agitate at a rate that will create a vortex. Pour the hot melt slowly into the vortex at a rate that will not create a boil. Mix rapidly for 5 minutes, then mix slowly while cooling.
