Blend B. Heat A to 70'C. Heat C to 60'C. Stir B slowly into C.
Continue stirring and heat the mixture to 65'C. Stir in A. Cool to 30'C.
with stirring.

配制方法:

Heat oil phase to 85'C. Heat water phase with rapid agitation to 85'C. Slowly add pigments. Recirculate through colloid mill or homogenizer-tight gap. Retare for water loss. Mix A into B at 85'c.
Follow immediately with C mixture. At 80'C and D. Cool to 35'C. Fill into mascara cases or bottles.
