Eye Liner

配方组成:

Water/75.5
Add the "VEEGUM" to the water slowly, agitating continually until
smooth. Dissolve the polyvinylpyrrolidone in water, using a little heat.
Add B to A and then add C. Mix well. For a product with a soft, cream
like viscosity that can be applied with a brush, increase the "VEEGUM"
content to 3.5%.

配制方法:

Heat A to 70'C. Hydrate "Veegum" in 50 per cent water at 70'C. Add B. Hydrate CMC in 50 per cent water and allow to coo. Add step one to step two to form an emulsion. When cool, add the hydrated CMC.
