"Abitol" 90X (This may be replaced in par by Castung 403-UV)/10.0
"Bentone" gel/4.0
(95% methanol 3%)
Aromatic solvent SC-100 (or super high slash naphtha)/30.0
Dissolve resins in the aromatic solvent using a Dissolver such as a
Cowles and blend in other ingredients in order listed. Strain vehicle
through nylon filter bags.
Flouresent Screen Ink for General Purpose (Not 24 sheet posters
Above vehicle/60.0
A-Series "DAY-GLO" pigment/35.0
(Make on high speed dissolver)
Aromatic solvent SC-100/5.0
("Bentone" 38.7%)
A hard resin such as Amberal M-82 or "Pentalyn" G./16.0

配制方法:

Blend pigment into vehicle using high speed dissolver such as a Cowles and add solvent. Strain color through nylon filter bags. Final viscosity should be about 10,000 cps. Dilution to screening viscosity and wash can be done with mineral spirits.
