1. Preparation of 20% Petrolite C-36 Wax Emulsion
"G.E." SM-2035 Emulsion (35% Silicone)/2.00
Petrolite C-36 Wax/20.0
Oleic Acid/3.0
Morpholine/4.0
Water/73.0
20% "Petrolite" C-36 Wax Emulsion/2.00
"G.E." SM-2033 Emulsion (35% Silicone)/4.00
"Carbopol" 934 resin/0.20
Triethanolamine/0.20
Water/91.25
"Titanox" TGA/0.20

配制方法:

a) Melt the wax and with mild stirring, bring the temperature to 210'F.
b) Add the oleic acid with stirring and when thoroughly mixed, add the morpholine.
c) Add the water, preheated to 210'F, slowly to the wax/soap mixture maintaining the temperature at 200-210'F until all the water has been added.
d) Continue stirring until the temperature reaches 110'F. Then cool to room temperature.
2. Blend Part A and Part B components separately.
3. Add Part A slowly to Part B with mild agitation. Continue agitation until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Note: Distilled or demineralized water is preferable.
