Sulfuric acid/2 gal

Methanol/15 gal
Hydrofluoric acid/1.25%
1. Hydrochloric acid/5 gal
The metal is rinsed in methanol, after electropolishing and prior to
water rinsing to avoid attack.
For tungsten
Caustic soda/10%
Water/90%
Methanol/93.75%
6 volts, 70'F.
12 volts, 120'F
