Borax/2
Gum arabic/2
Water/25
shellac/2
Lampblack/2

配制方法:

While the solution of shellac in aqueous borax is still hot, gum arabic is added and dissolved by further heating.
When cold, the ink is completed weight of 25 parts by adding water and a sufficient quantity of lampblack or other worked in pigment to produce ink of the proper consistency.
