配方组成:

*X-47 Alkyd/14.0
25% India Red in X-43/0.8
*X-43 Alkyd/15.0
Cobalt Naphthenate (6%)/0.4
*No 1786 Super Gel/24.8
Mill on roller mill, making several passes over a tight mill until a
Hegman Gauge reading of 7 NS is obtained. Since daylight fluorescent
pigments are tansparent, the color and structure of the base is very
important for achievement of maximum fluorescent brightness. A white
undercoat is essential for maximum brightness. A yellow substrate gives
only 1/2 the brightness achieved with white: and a green substrate, only
1/4 the brightness.
Baking
These pigments are generally not suited for high temperature baking
due to their low softening point and tendency for the coating to develop
more gloss and darken. however 5-10 min at 300'-325'F may be
satisfactory in some cases.
Accelerated Drying
Coatings pigmented with these pigments may be "flash dried"
satisfactorily in gas fired or infra-red ovens.
