1. Cook 112 g granules in 350 mls water 10 min at a gently rolling boil to hydrate. Drain. 2. Heat 55 g of oil and saute 55 g onion. Mix with the bread, milk, meat, cooked granules, slightly beaten eggs, cheese, 3.5 g salt and 0.825 g pepper. 3. Press the mixture gently into a 9 5/8x5 1/2x2 3/4 pan. Sauce 1. Heat the remaining oil; saute the remaining onion. Add the flour, tomatoes, thyme, parsley and remaining salt and pepper. 2. cover the loaf with the sauce and bake at 375'f for one hour.
