配方说明:
Baker's "Clay" (Cooking Pot Seal)
配方组成:
Salt/2 cups
Glycerin/1 tbs
Flour/3 cups
Put in mixing bowl and add gradually, while mixing
Water/1.5-1.25 cups
配制方法:
To make a stiff but nonsticky paste. Take out of bowl and knead for two minutes. Roll in circle about 1/2 in. thick. Put on a plastic sheet.
This is placed between cover and pan or pot to keep in volatile flavors and aromatics. This is also used for baking chicken in clay---wrapping the fowl and sealing it into Bakers' clay.
