Mix and sift dry ingredients. Heat molasses, milk and Sucaryl sweetener until well blended. Cool. Add melted cooled fat; blend. Stir in dry ingredients. Form into roll; wrap in wax paper or foil, chill for 2-3 nhr. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 in. thickness; cut with a cookie cutter into circles 2 in. in diameter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets in moderate oven, (350'F) 8 to 10 min. Each cookie will supply approximately 24 cal; 0.5 g protein; 0.75 g fat; 4 g carbohydrates. If made with all molasses or sugar, each cookie would contain 36 cal.
