Anhydrous Citric Acid/1.50
配制方法:
Empty above ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup (110 g) sugar and blend well.
Pour two cups (1 pint) boiling water over above (No. 2) dry ingredients.
Beat lightly with a rotary egg beater until dissolved (approx. i min).
Pour immediately into a cooled 8-in. pie shell. Refrigerate until set firmly (approximately 1 hr).
top with meringue, brown in oven and serve.
