配方组成:

50% Sweetener Solids "Sweetose
Dry Amaranth Red Color/1.625 oz.
Water/46 lb.
"Sweetose"/60 lb.
Dry Blue F.C.F. Color/1.1 oz.
Grape Concentrate/0.75 oz.
Dry Citric Acid/15 oz.
Granulated Sugar/50 lb.

配制方法:

Bring the "Sweetose," sugar, and water to a boil. Then add the color and flavor at once. Seal in containers while hot.
The flavor and color may be varied to suit. The approximate yield will be 150 lb. or 15 gal.
