Rehydrating Dehydrated Potatoes
配方组成:
配制方法:
1. heat 9,000 ml water to 150-155'F (start stirrer).
2. Add 500 g "Myverol".
3. Continue stirring until the temperature drops to 130'F. (To facilitate cooling, up to one-third of the cold water may be withheld and then added after the "Myverol" is dispersed.) 4. Add 37.5 g of "Tenox" IV antioxidant.
5. Add 200 g non-fat dry skim milk. (When "Tenox" antioxidants and/or skim milk are not required, steps 4 and/or 5 may be omitted.) Keep mixing and add slowly with mixing to Dehydrated Potatoes.
