Yeast extract, autolyzed/2.5
Salt/5.8
"HVP" E-610 Seasoning Liquid/77.0
Monosodium glutamate/5.0

配制方法:

Add salt and MSG to water.
Bring to boil.
Add E-610 and autolyzed yeast extract. Reheat to 150'F.
Cool to 70'F, filter and fill into bottles.
Process.
