配方组成:

Water/89
Ammonium hydroxide (28%)/1
Casein/10

配制方法:

Soak the casein in the water at 45'C to 55'C for 10-20 min thoroughly swell the casein particles. To this slurry, while it is being vigorously stirred, add the ammonium hydroxide. Continue the stirring until solution of the casein is complete.
