1. Melt Fatty amide, Seyco, and Para-formaldehyde. 2. Adjust temperature to melt to 95'C, add Acetic Acid. 3. Separately heat water to 95'C. Add hot melt to water slowly with good agitation---agitate until cool. This procedure gives a rather viscous, water-in-oil emulsion. On dilution with an equal volume of water, this emulsion inverts to a smooth, homogeneous oil-in-water emulsion, which can be further diluted with cold water as desired.
