Root-Beer Emulsion (1 gal.)
配方组成:
Sodium Benzoate/5 g.
Sugar Syrup (32'Be.)/8 fl. oz.
Oil of Root Beer/4-6 fl. oz.
Water/112 fl. oz.
Gum-Arabic Powder/6 oz.
配制方法:
Use the same method as for the raspberry emulsion. Add about 2 oz.
of caramel per gallon of syrup to color.
