Mix at high speed 8 oz. of syrup (32'Be.), 5 oz. of gumarabic powder, and 2 oz. of artificial oil of raspberry; stir until there are no lumps (about 10 minutes); add, while stirring, about 108 fl. oz. of water to which 5 oz. of caramel, 2 oz. of certified amaranth color, and 5 g. of sodium benzoate have been added; stir for 20 minutes and pass through a homogenizer twice.
