配方说明:

Imitation vanilla Flavor

配方组成:

Water/To make 1 gal.
Oleo-Resin Vanilla or 10-fold Vanilla/0.5 oz.
Ethyl Vanillin/2.25 oz.
Propylene Glycol/2 lb.
Coumarin/0.75 oz.

配制方法:

The vanilla may be left out of this. Most extract houses do not use any vanilla.
Heat the propylene glycol to 110'F. Add all the ingredients to the heated propyleneglycol. Stir until dissolved. Then add the water and pass through a homogenizer just once. Add 0.25 oz. to 1 gal. syrup.
