配方组成:

Isopropyl Alcohol/11.2
Distilled Tall Oil/39.2
"Tergitol" XD or equal/0.2
Kerosene/12.5
Potassium Hydroxide---90%/7.0
VM & P Naphtha/7.5
"Acintol" D29LR
Diethylene Glycol/14.4
Water/8.0

配制方法:

part A---Mix "Acintol" D29LR Distilled Tall Oil, kerosene and VM & P naphtha.
Part B---Mix potassium hydroxide and water.
Part C---Mix diethylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol and Tergitol XD.
Heat Part A to 70'C (158'F) with medium agitation. Slowly add Part B, continue to heat and agitate for complete saponification. Cool to 30'C (86'F) and add Part C.
