Flavor, oil of peppermint/0.0007

Blend calcium carbonate and mannitol. Dissolve saccharin in starch
paste and use this to granulate the medicament-mannitol blend. Dry at
140'F. and screen through 16-mesh screen. Incorporate flavor, talc, and
magnesium stearate. Mix well. Age at least 24 hr and compress.

配制方法:

Mix the medicaments and mannitol. Dissolve saccharin in small quantity of distilled water, then combine this with starch paste.
Granulate medicament-mannitol blend with starch paste. Dry at 140'F. and screen through 16-mesh screen. Add flavor oil, magnesium stearate, and corn starch. Mix well. Age at least 24 hr and compress.
