(b) Preparation of aspirin mixture Mix the aspirin with the dried mannitol granulation. Take extreme care to avoid moisture pick-up. Add the flavor to the starch, mixing thoroughly. Add the talc and stearic acid, screened to #100 mesh, to the flavor-starch mixture. Blend this combination of flavoring, starch, talc and stearic acid with the mannitol-aspiring mixture.
