Dry blend the Veegum F and the CMC. Add to the water slowly, continually agitating until smooth. Add B to I. Add C and D alternately to II with mixing. Add E to III, mixing until smooth. Add F to IV with a minimum of slow mixing. Avoid incorporation of air after addition of wetting agent or vacuum deairing may be necessary for a smooth paste. NOTE: This formula will have a thin mixing viscosity but, due to the thixotropic nature of VEEGUM, will set up in the tube.
