Powdered Lemon Juice/0.5 oz.
Crushed Pineapple (No. 10 Can)/6 lb. 9 oz.

Tapioca Flour/8 oz.
Water/12 oz.
Water/2 lb.
Granulated Sugar/2 lb. 8 oz.
配制方法:
Make a smooth paste, add slowly, and cook thick.
A few drops of yellow food color may be added if desired. The topping should be applied to the pies when they are cool.
