Sweet-Potato Pie
配方组成:
Granulated Sugar/1 lb.
Salt/1 oz.
mashed Smooth Sweet Potatoes/6 lb.
Whole Eggs/1 lb.
Sift the dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly
"Breadlac" Nonfat Dry Milk Solids/10 oz.
Water/5 lb.
Ginger/0.5 oz.
Melted Butter/8 oz.
配制方法:
Dissolve with a hand whip and strain into the first mix.
Stir in the milk solution, making a smooth creamy batter. Fill in unbaked or partially baked shells and bake at 450'F. Remove before the custard is entirely set. Overbaking will result in a dry filling.
This makes ten 9-in. pies.
