Weight the ingredients of Portion A into a container of sufficient size to hold the entire batch. Raise the temperature to about 75'C., which should be maintained until all the solids have been completely melted and dispersed by agitation and keep at 75'C. In the meantime, heat the water of Portion b in a separate container to 75'C. Add Portion B to Portion A both portions being at 75'c. while stirring gently. Continue to stir the lotion until cold. Add the perfume when the temperature has dropped to about 45'C. If a colloid mill is available, it would be well to pass this entire lotion through the colloid mill after the addition of the perfume, otherwise, merely stir the lotion until cold and then bottle.
