Fluff with a hand whip and incorporate
Whole Eggs/3 lb.
Vanilla/1 oz.
Cake Flour/8 oz.
Granulated Sugar/8 lb.
macaroon Cocoanut/2 lb.
Scalding Water/4 lb.
"Breadlac" Nonfat Dry Milk Solids/6 oz.
Salt/1 oz.
配制方法:
Deposit in tart shells before filling.
Fill the shells at the oven and bake at 375 to 400'F., with strong bottom heat.
