Add the Veegum to the water slowly, agitating continually until smooth. Dissolve the polyvinylpyrrolidone in water, using a little heat. Add B to A and then add C. Mix well. for a product with a soft, cream-like viscosity that can be applied readily with a brush, increase the Veegum content to 3.5%. This formula forms a good film, washes off readily and applies easily in either the liquid or cream form.
