Have the solution hot (180 to 200'F.) and incorporate. Whole Eggs 1.5 lb. Fluff with a hand whip and incorporate. This makes eight 8-in. pies. Place 2 to 4 oz. Pecans, whole or pieces, in each shell and fill at the oven. use unbaked or partially baked shells. Bake at 375 to 400'F. with strong bottom heat. Remove from the oven when the pies start to puff.
