Emulsion Wall Tile Mastic

配方组成:

"ATOMITE"/800 lb
"Natrosol" 250-H (3% in water)/217 lb
"Naugatex" 2105 (62% N.V.)/36 lb
A) The triethanolamine and the oleic acid should be added first into
a heavy duty mixer and mixed until completely reacted into a clear
gel-like soap; B) The preheated plasticizer-tackifier is then added
(heating if necessary) with continuous mixing. This is followed by the
pigment and mixed until uniform; C) the major portion of the
hydroxy-ethyl cellulose solution is then added and the agitation
continued until a homogeneous oil in water emulsion is formed; D) The
remaining portion of the hydroxyethyl cellulose solution is combined
with the latex binder in order to give the latex the maximum protection
while it is added to the pigmented solution. this latexhydroxyethyl
cellulose solution combination should be carefully added as the final
step; E) The agitation should be stopped as soon as the latex is
thoroughly incorporated. The mastic should be

配制方法:

Charge water and ammonia. Start agitator and add the resin slowly in increments. Mix for 15 min and then heat slowly to 160'F. Hold for 1/2 hr or until solution is clear. Bring pH to approximately 8 with additional ammonia, if necessary. Remove heat and add the alcohol. Mix well and cool.
