配方组成:
Spice Mix/1.5 oz.
Sift together dry and add to the firstmix. Incorporate well
Lukewarm Water/8 lb.
Corn Syrup/1 lb.
Canned Pumpkin (One No. 10 Can)/6 lb. 12 oz.
Granulated Sugar/1 lb. 12 oz.
"Breadlac" Nonfat Dry Milk Solids/1 lb.
Pastry Flour/5 oz.
Salt/1 oz.
Whole Eggs/2 lb.
配制方法:
Incorporate.
Allow the filling to stand for 1 hour and then proceed as directed for Formula No.1. This makes ten 9-in. pies.
This pie will be somewhat lighter in color and less spicy than No.1
