A nonflammable adhesive with high initial tack, minimum penetration
of foam or fabric, good hand and wash resistance
agitation for 20 minutes or until clear. At this point an ester-complex

has formed and the system can be diluted as required for formulation.

**To make this thickener, slowly add dry Gantrez AN-139 powder to an
"Polectron" 130/50
aqueous solution of Igepal CO-630 and heat on a steam bath with moderate
Dimethylsulfoxide/2.5
