High-Gloss Auto Polish Cream

配方组成:

The formula described in the following yields a liquid, creamy auto
polish for packaging in plastic squeeze bottles or glass bottles. The
product is easy to apply and buffs to a high gloss with very little
effort
"Efton" UC regular/3.00
3. Sodium hydroxide, 10% aqueous solution/1.00
"Amsco" mineral spirits/16.00
"Arlacel" C/1.50
"Amsco" odorless 450 solvent/4.00
1. "Duroxon" B-120/2.00
2. Water at 190'F/69.75
Silicone fluid SF-96/1000 ctks./2.50
"Carbopol" 934/0.25

配制方法:

Dissolve the "Duroxon", "Efton", "Arlacel" C and silicone fluid in the solvents at 190 to 200'F. Disperse the "Carbopol" in the watr in a separate container at 190 tp 200'F with high-shear agitation. Pour 1 into 2 with agitation. Add 3 and continue high-speed agitation to max.
100'F or room temperature.
