Tank: Glass, plastic-lined steel ("Koroseal"), rigid PVC such as "Boltaron" and "Lucite". Anodes: Platinum or Platanodes (0.04-in. platinum-plated titanium sheet). Anode to cathode ratio, 1/2 to 1 minimum, preferably 1 to 1. Leach all plastic tanks and especially cemented lucite joints, with warm (130'F) 10% by volume sulfuric acid for 24 hr. Rinse well. Fill the clean tank half full with distilled or deionized water. Add the required amount of reagent-grade sulfuric acid slowly, with agitation. Mix well. Add the rhodium sulfate TP with stirring.
