配制方法:
Note: Light blue may be made by decreasing amount of diazo by 10 g/l.
Dark blue may be made by increasing diazo by 10 g/l.
Solution should be stored in a cool dark place. Use within 48 hr after adding the light-sensitive (diazo) ingredient. Solutions may be mixed together to make secondary colors. Hundreds of colors are also possible by using the large varieties of diazos and couplers available commerically.
Anodizing Process 1. Chemically clean the aluminum panel and rinse in deionized water.
2. Anodize in 18% sulfuric acid at 24-27'C for at least 30 min at a current density of 1.3 amp/dm^2 (12 amp/ft^2) making the workpiece the anode.
3. Rinse in deionized water and dry in clean warm air.
