Poultry and animal feedstuff binder---"Lignosol" FG is used to Cook bob syrup to 246'F. Cover kettle to wash down sides and insure solution of all sugar crystals. Remelt---cool bob syrup down to 150'F, add fondant and mazetta and mix well. When bob syrup, fondant and mazetta are well mixed, and temperature has been adjusted to 150'F, add flavor and invertase. Pipe into starch molds, let stand 3 hr; dust and enrobe.
