Disperse the "QUSO" F 22 in half the volume of water, pass through the Manton-Gaulin colloid mill once with the setting at 0.005 in. Add the kaolin and mix. Triturate the pectin and sodium saccharin with the glycerin. dissolve the benzoic acid in one third the volume of boiling water and add to the pectin mixture. When all the pectin is dissolved, add peppermint oil and the kaolin-"QUSO" mixture. Mix thoroughly and make up to volume.
